RBL Bank Fintech · 2022
0→1 product launch. Designed the bank's first UPI-based self-service credit card payment experience — 3 payment journeys, 7+ edge cases, every failure state. The challenge wasn't building a payment page. It was building trust at the moment money changes hands.

Dineout Consumer · 2021

About
Philosophy
Trust isn't a feature. It's what every feature is really for. I design for the moment users feel uncertain — that's where a product earns or loses them permanently.
Background
12+ years across fintech, enterprise, and consumer products in India. Now in Los Angeles, open to Senior and Staff Product Designer roles at US companies.
Belief
The most underrated design skill is knowing when not to add a feature. Restraint is the discipline. Clarity is the outcome.
Specialisations
Fintech · Banking · Payment systems · 0→1 launches · Design systems · Trust-critical products
How I think
01
Uncertainty is the real design problem
Every screen should answer the question users are afraid to ask. If they're unsure what happens next, the design hasn't done its job.
02
Edge cases reveal the product's character
Quality isn't measured by the happy path — it's measured by how gracefully a product handles everything that can go wrong.
03
The best decision is often what not to build
Restraint is a craft. Every removed element is a deliberate choice. Less, done well, outlasts more, done carelessly.
